Dynamics 365: This is one of the common names for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement software application. While there are many similar applications available (Salesforce.com, Zoho, ACT!, etc…), I believe in the power of the Microsoft stack in business applications. Basically, Dynamics 365 is a tool used to attract, and foster, relationships with customers.
CRM: Customer Relationship Management. While usually understood to be a sales tool, the CRM software applications extend far beyond this, often times including full feature sets for marketing, customer service (including call centers), Project Service Automation (PSA), social media engagement, and many others!
